CIS International School of Tunis was founded by parents from various international backgrounds to provide a world class English-based education for their children in Tunis. CIS International School of Tunis is founded on the fundamental principle of providing a caring, supportive and joyful environment for all students of the school so that they grow as individuals: the well-being of each and every individual is seen as both a personal and a collective responsibility.

CIS International School of Tunis is a Candidate for Accreditation through Advance Education Inc and its subsidiary Accreditation entities: the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement, and the Northwest Accreditation Commission. This institution is a Candidate and may not claim “Accredited” status until such status is granted by the AdvancED Global Commission
